As part of the Government Financial Support program to Family Associations – 2007 Edition, in the Lisbon, North and Centre areas, Trainings/Workshop's on the subject of Parenthood will be carried out throughout 2008.
Objectives
With these actions it is intended:
- To increase the knowledge and parental skills of fathers, mothers and whomever else takes on or intends to take on a parental role, in key areas of child development;
- To adjust behaviours, predispose for change and raise awareness on the importance of parental figures in the development of children and youth;
- To create room for the different participants in the educational process of children/youth, to share and exchange experiences, promoting the development of skills.

- 12 sessions on raising awareness and promoting parental skills;
