For Action 3, approved and financially supported for 12 months by Community Initiative EQUAL, the partnership includes:

- CIDATER – Cooperativa de Ensino e Cultura
- EPS – Estabelecimento Prisional de Sintra
- SCMA – Santa Casa da Misericórdia da Amadora
- CESSS/UCP – Centro de Estudos de Serviço Social e Sociologia, Universidade Católica Portuguesa

 · Mobilize and involve determining actors in order to increase the effectiveness of the reintegration process, involving society and preventing recidivism.

· Involve society (corporations and non-profit organizations) in the reintegration process

· Promote, expand and transfer values and practices underlying the reintegration of people with difficulties in labour market integration

· Promote, expand and transfer technical and educational resources regarding the reintegration of people with difficulties in labour market integration

· Contribute to the development and implementation of positive actions and human resources policies in corporations, in order to promote the reintegration of people with difficulties in labour market integration

Throughout Action 3, it is intended that an increasing number of corporations, NGO’s, non-profit organizations, local and regional organizations, public and private organizations and other institutions working in reintegrating people with difficulties in labour market integration, will acquire and utilize the products elaborated within this project.

Therefore, we strive to contribute to promote reintegration in the labour market of people with difficulties, conciliating synergies between all the intervening parties and contributing to diminish recidivism and to reinforce human rights.
